So here is what you will Receive:

• Jericho Massage Oil 15ml
• Jericho Dead Sea Black Mud 400g

Lets begin:
If you have a shower this will work perfectly otherwise a nice hot bath will also do.

First things First:  Make sure the room is nice and cosy.  Place candles everywhere for that extra special touch.  Combine the Jericho Salts with the Massage oil to make a relaxing salt scrub, which you will use later on.

Step 1:  Before getting into the shower apply the Jericho Black Mud to the whole body.  Optional: Heat the mud in a bowl of hot water or in the microwave (in a microwavable dish) to give it a warm soothing sensation on the skin.
Wait 15-20 minutes before rinsing the mud completely off.  Use a nice hot shower.  The Black Mud will extract all the impurities from the deep layers of the skin.
After rinsing off the mud turn the shower off.

Step 2:  Now apply the Salt and Massage Oil Mixture onto the skin.
These salts will help you calm down and melt the tension away, as well as infuse important minerals into your skin to help nourish and revive it.
this relaxing salt scrub will really polish your skin and make it look shiny and smooth.   Take a little salt scrub at a time and rub it on large areas on your body like back, thighs, belly, arms etc.
Rinse and dry off.

Step 3:  Now take a break - you deserve it.  Rehydrate and eat a little snack, like fresh fruit or some cheese.  Maybe add a bit of Champagne

Step 4:  Lock in all that moisture.  Your skin is now hydrated and nourished all over, so you'd better lock it in the deep layers of the skin.  Gently and slowly apply the Jericho Body Butter.  Now sit back, put you feet up and close your eyes for a bit, let yourself inhale the aromas and feel your skin tingling with happiness.

All that's left to do is enjoy the rest of the day with a silky, smooth and healthy skin.
